A. Building the offshore team
We believe that success in offshore outsourcing depends on the individual person that works for you. Therefore, you decide whom you want to involve in your team:
Together with you, we develop a clear profile of the team members you are looking for;
We guarantee that we can find suitable candidates;
Based on your wishes, we design a selection procedure (in which you can have an interview with the candidate, present a test case, make a visit to meet the candidate and use a trial period);
We sign an agreement (for minimum 6 months).
B. Developing a clear process
